Zoje Heavy Duty Industrial Sewing Machine - Model ZJ0303L Shuffle Foot (Walking Foot) Overview
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This video covers the basic operation of the Zoje ZJ0303L shuffle foot heavy duty sewing machine.
I cover things like stitch length adjustment, reversing, lubrication, threading and sewing.
Also explained is the differences between the manual and automatic versions of this machine. The differences between a shuffle foot and a walking foot are explained.
The threading shown is not exactly as per the manual but it works with the thread I'm using for the demonstration. Sometimes threading through the extra holes introduces too much pre-tension.

Hola buenos dias, he conseguido una maquina igual a esta de segunda mano, pero me ha venido sin el manual de instrucciones . He intentado en los distribuidores pero no lo consigo. ¿Habría posibilidad de que me pudiese ayudar? Gracias.
Hi there Thank you so much for this video. I ordered a Texi walker a few days ago and it seems to be nearly identical with this Zoje ZJ... I´m very happy having discovered your video because there is very less information about the Texi walker to be found in the web. Best regards from Germany Paul
Very good! Thank you so much for your "class".
So helpful thank you I’ve had my machine near two years I used it a lot when new but don’t use it often being new to industrial sewing and depending and understanding more on domestic machines I learnt a lot from this video Really really helpful - thank you
I have just bought this machine and it is my first industrial., so I am a little nervous. This video is very helpful and detailed. I love how you give us clear close ups of the various parts as you are explaining them. Even better you are NZ, so I have subscribed. Because I will have access to things you refer too in other videos. Thank you.

hi, thank you for sharing this video. I have just bought this machine and I love it. The only problem i have is the presser foot height. Its not high enough only reaching about 10mm. How do I make it higher? I'm scared of breaking the machine. TIA. Donnella

Hi. The full compound walking foot is a better type of feeding mechanism but it depends on what you're looking at sewing. Thanks.
thank for your video .I have a question about winding a bobbing, during winding a bobbin is the needle moving up and down?
@InStitches

Yes, the idea is to wind a bobbin while you're sewing so there's always a bobbin available to use. Thanks.

Have you tried under downloads on the Zoje site? There’s a video on YT if you search Zoje Control Box that shows you where they are, or you can take screenshots from this video :)
Hi. Can I get a pic of the part about the different letters please I mean P S and M. Thanks a lot
what is the role of the automated footlift which can be added to this machine? also is it possible to do a double needle on this machine?

Hi. An auto foot lifter is put on machines so that you don't have to manually lift the foot with the knee lever. This is single needle only but there are twin needle machines available. Thanks.

Sir. please program pdf. Error code pdf send 🙏
Sorry, just a friendly note.....You’ve actually slightly threaded it wrong at that second 2-hole hook (The first 3-hole one on top is correct in your video, it IS only supposed to go through those 2 holes the way you have it) But that second 2-hole loop at 7:24...as per the manual, it is supposed to come in from the back of the top hole and wrap around to come back in again through the back of the bottom hole before going into that small pre-tensioner top disk. (As per #3 on Figure 11, page 8 of the Manual) Love my Zoje 0303, had it since Oct 2017 🤗

Thanks. I found that with the thread I was using, threading through the pre-tensioner put too much tension on the thread I was using. I should have threaded it correctly for the video's sake though. Cheers.

Can your walking foot sewing machine be used for free motion quilting?
@cazkiwinz4300
2 жыл бұрын
I HAVE done a little plain line quilting with mine, just 1-2 layers batting or 1 batting/1 Insulbrite and 2 fabric, for like oven mitts etc, but it is a medium/heavy fabric/vinyl shuffle/walking foot industrial machine not a plainsewer industrial machine and straight lockstitch only, no zig zag....and not made for freemotion as such by dropping the feeddogs. I actually freemotion with my cheaper Brother or Bernina machine, this Zoje is for my bagmaking/vinyl :)

@@cazkiwinz4300 nice to read you again… You see, I am really interested in this machine! Btw, I also own a Bernina for quilting (but it really was not cheaper🤔) and I love it. But, as everybody knows, one need another one for bag making…
