Zlatan Ibrahimović: How To Age Like Fine Wine

Спорт

Zlatan is an enigma, isn't he?
Dude's been around for decades and just keeps on winning. There's a stereotype that players become obsolete after turning 30- I don't think Zlatan got the memo.
Today, we take a look at how he's somehow gotten better and better with age.

@@comfee he's getting the same injuries as most professional players 5+ years younger than him but usually in his case it's because he goes all in almost all the time instead of running away from potentially dangerous situations. you should consider the average age of wild lions, considering this makes him quite some exceptionally long-lasting lion.

To people who say he's arrogant: I think he's pretty self aware about what he's doing, and you can see in interviews he's actually quite a down to earth guy. Also: how boring would the sport be if there were no big personalities like Zlatan, willing to talk trash before the game or hype themselves up. If everyone just said the same things about working hard and trying their best, there would be no reason to show up at press conferences or interviews.

When there are rough and hard players that go all for it, physically without acting like children in cases like Zlatan, Gattuso, Roy Keana, Viera and Oliver Kahn well they stand out.

Football players are not weak mate. They flop around like little drama queens. sure, but they are not weak. Everyone you talk about played in a previous generation - nowadays referees don't give penalties unless you fall over. Unfortunately they fall around because the referees don't punish diving and they basically never give penalties unless you fall down.

The only thing this squad achieve is getting to 2020 ucl final but if we look into it they only need to beat bvb atlanta and rb leipzig... The zlatan psg side only loses in ucl to prime barca with msn, chelsea and city

I don't think it's arguable... Being a fan and watching that season was definitely one that was well-rounded in leadership and skill. Zlatan was the leader, but his sergeants like Cavani, Thiago Silva, Matuidi, and Sirigu were able to hold up the team with or without Zlatan. Laurent Blanc was also a legend of France and was able to keep everyone in check in a strong humble manner. The only talker was Zlatan, the rest stayed silent until they were on the pitch. I miss that team very much and think that they deserved the champions league more than any team.

It's a good thing that you took your time to do part 2 of the video in the end, because since then he won the Serie A again, the first for AC Milan since he was there 11 years ago ! Now what will his 4O's look like? I have no idea tbh. But I wouldn't be surprised to see him going until 44 or even 45. The thing is, he'll want to be in a big club, and at least play as a supersub. So, he might stay at Milan, I think it's the best for him at the moment. Just sad he never won the Champions League. Going to Barcelona was a mistake, he was so good at Inter, and the Barça style didn't suit him really. But to have played for Juventus, Inter and AC Milan without being hated is a miracle only he can do ! Wouldn't it be crazy nice if he won the UCL with Milan in his 40's for the first time?! haha

In another day and age Zlatan would be something like a prophet. Now, Zlatan is just Zlatan. He will enter history as Zlatan, and he shall be remembered as Zlatan. Maybe in future, other people will become something like a Zlatan.

Zlatan is one of those players I used to not like so much because of his attitude but at the same time I knew he was a beast on the pitch. I "hated" him but with respect. And a lil' bit before he joined Man. Utd., when I was more mature, I started to like him and appreciate him more because I realized that with his attitude football was interesting, both on and off the pitch. And I'm happy that this young man helped one of his many former teams to win a tittle after many years of drought (I know he wasn't the sole reason but helped a lot). Btw, at 8:01 did you mean... a match made in the Galaxy? ahahahaha I'll see myself out. Peace.

At 8:20 you said he has 53 goals in 58 matches but you have it reversed in the video stating 53 matches and 58 goals. Could you possibly do an edit or disclaimer somewhere in the description for which is correct? We all make mistakes so I thought I could just point that out to you. Also, I love all your videos !!! Please keep them coming.
