Just tried out your recipe today with my airfryer - very juicy and tasty. One question - would it be crispier if I have the skin side up all the times (I had it skin side up for 13 minutes first, flipped over and fried for another 13 minutes)?

食物唔可以糟蹋,都唔可以浪費 應該要對得住食物本身,亦都感恩隻動物為自己生存而犧牲,所以星星師兄係做得好好,睇得出堅持,睇得出放時間去煮,隻雞脾先炸得咁好,唔淨只雞脾,其他菜式都相當出色,雖然都係做廚房,但呢個我都要向星星師兄好好學習🙏🏽

星星係有良心嘅人所以做法係良心餐廳嘅做法,。 其他餐廳改大隻雞髀,中間d肉會切左d走,會拎去做雞丁,或者做其他配料。 咁樣慳番好多成本
生炸雞髀最道地 薑蔥芫茜醃入味 抹乾水份入鑊咋 小心彈油心怕怕 猛火定型咪亂旭 炸到雞皮脆卜卜 最後審一啲淮鹽 星星師父你最掂

現在是深夜2:30 正在炸今日下午跟星星師傅醃的雞髀 想問吓星星師傅 我用一個細嘅煲炸 因為咁樣可以用最少嘅油做到水面高過隻雞比 但係隻雞比兩節色 上肶嘅色就同星星師傅做嘅一樣但雞鎚個位就唔夠深色
