    Thank u sir, because of your zero oil program, avoiding milk products, non-veg n ghee.. My husband triglycerides reduce in month which is from 260 to 99.. Now his bad cholesterol is also no more..We are extremely happy. Even we lost 2kg in a month. I started my new series of zero oil recipes on my KZread channel. Thanks for ur sharing this knowledge..

    Italians consumes alot of oils (olive oils & milk), japanese consumes lots of fish ( rich in oils) and they are the most healthiest people.Every one should consume good quantity of right fat(monounsaturated, short chain saturated fat,and omega 3) for keeping body healthy. Just remember don't heat the oils too much as it gets oxidized and creat problem in body & use extra virgin/natural oils.

    Lot of proteins and nutrition are fat soluble. Which means they only get absorbed if there's propert fat in it. Oil is problem only because the current refined oil industries. If you consume kachi Ghani ke real oils they shouldn't be problem..

    This doctor misguided to the patient about oil. Fatty acid is very essential for our body for our brain and testosterone production. So extra vargin olive oil butter ghee eggyolk nut cold pressed mustered oil is moderately needed for our body.

    @@tuhinpramanik10 Saturated fat is literally toxic for your arterial walls. All it does is raises your ldl, cause heart disease and stroke. Egg yolks are high in cholesterol. Your liver produces all the cholesterol your body needs. You don't really need dietary cholesterol.

    This Dr is either Ukrane qualified or quota selected. Non stick pan is very very harmful for health by Soecialist. Food without oil is very dangerous.. Vitaminsr 2 types ...water solible & fat . VitaminsA.D.K.E can not be used by body withoutoil. But very less pure oil is good. But not refined... Many Doctors have seldom knowledge on it. More oil is harmful. This Doctor has no research on it
