Any issue with overheating?. I'm skeptical of these fanless units have you had any issues with it?

No issues overheating. The aluminum case does a good job dissipating heat. The included charger with plastic case does get very hot but is ok as long as you put it on a heat resistant surface.
Do you know if it supports pass through charging, AC and DC? I couldn't find any info on the website

You can charge and use it at the same time. If you use more than the charging current, the battery will deplete.
