Josh in Command Zone: Boros is the worst color combination, it is so weak compared to others. Josh in Game Knights: Watch me as I almost win 1 vs 3 with a Boros deck. Also I am so glad D won after he beating Josh alone almost singlehandedly while others didn't contribute at all.

To be fair, Josh kills half of himself a lot due to fetch land and tomb. And the 2/1 unblockable went a couple times his way. Josh plays risky a lot which is fun to watch (like how he self milled himself A LOT; which jimmy won by finishing by milling the last of the library)

Yup. Could have killed him and left back blockers for the rest. Surprised he didn't make that decision, although he had to think ahead to how many buffs he'd be getting with his Felidar Retreat. Edit: Right, he didn't even need to "leave back" blockers, because Felidar Retreat grants vigilance.

Yeah, it was a little weird, but was probably just to showcase all the decks. It definitely would have been tight still, imho. The power and value that Jimmy was generating was getting to the point of being able to zone in on Josh pretty strongly.

Drift Wisp wrong. He plays scalding tarn and puts counters on his guys then he immediately cracks the scalding tarn to make a token all before combat.

Make the two tokens and play the creature than give everyone a +1/+1 counter therefore adding 3 counter to the play. Josh failed to be a big brain player

I feel like D would have had a better chance if he'd made an alliance with Josh after his 'alliance' either made no effort to take Josh out or attacked him instead of Josh. Given how things ended, it didn't matter this time, but it might be worth talking about. On a positive note, I loved that Mage Slayer animation!

Imagine chilling in your castle having an epic party and then a giant weed walks in and throws a sword at you then kills itself and blowing up the speakers and the weird vampire in the corner.

This was such a great game! Lots of swings and everyone got to "do the thing!"

Love the Gary play at the end has always been one of my favorite mono-black staples.

I'm still waiting for the day when Jimmy plays a landfall deck and still gets Mana screwed.

I actually thought that wasn't the worst idea. If she'd done it in combat, Josh could have used Akiri's ability in response to make her indestructible. Using it in upkeep means he doesn't really get to do that because it would tap her and deny him the ability to attack.

And even if it was, she didn't do many plays that were objectively misplays? Just because you preface a sentence with "not to be an asshole" doesn't make it less harsh.

this was a lot of fun to watch, but it feels like the party mechanic in commander takes a long time to get value, plus drawing 13 cards with no answer in em is a lot of feel bad

2 things here: Josh could have equipped the engineer to have protection with akiri (still not working on -1/-1 but anyway). And D could have sacrificed gray merchant to bring back on attack and trigger an additional time to kill (maybe more safely) :3 Great Play ^^

I literally refresh youtube every day to see if there is a new episode of Game Knights.

This game was so much fun both of the guests were really cool, hope to see them come back.

This is this first time I'm looking into MTG gameplay. I have only played a couple times, many years ago, I remember nothing about it. I wanted to say, this was a very well put together video. Made it less muddy for a potentially new player. I made a good first stop I think, lucky! Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for! I may end up joining the gathering, looks fun! GGs

When Jimmy Flings his plant to hit D for damage ( ~ 50:50 ) Did D forget about his Yahenni Trigger? ( With 16 damage to the face, I can understand why!)

Awesome game as always. Drana is one of my favorite cards from this series though I am a huge fan of vampires. Ever since you guys have started doing the "bring a fan in for a game" it has made me think who I would love to play with besides Jimmy and Josh and I have to say the professor or mr infect himself are 2 people I feel that would be the most fun to play with. Love the way you all interact and really just have so much fun with the format and makes me remember the days I did that with my friends

Hats off to Josh for not just crushing his opponents when he clearly could have.

Yeah he could have full swing at D and took his flying problem out really quick. Content though! 😂

I love Carolyn! She was always one of my favourite guests on Drawfee, and I loved seeing her in the various Dorkly shows. It's sad what happened to Dorkly, but I'm super happy to see her landing on her feet.

21:55 Uhh... did Josh just use a Mountian to produce white mana? I don't recall him having any kind of mana fixing on the board... ((PLZ no bully if I'm wrong, thank you.))

Josh: Boros is the worst color pairing in EDH. (flashbacks to Firesong and Sunspeaker game) Super explosive first few turns this game. Josh is clearly lying to us all in an attempt to keep the most powerful color pairing all to himself!!!!
