My son loved Zakk Wylde. He was a gifted guitarist and passed away in May 2021. I got to know Zakk going through his music and memorabilia. My son (Tennessee) went to a concert in Asheville in a wheelchair in the last years of his life and Zakk took the time to take a photo with him. One of his prize possessions. Zakk is an incredible musician, a great poet and songwriter, and an amazing man with a heart as big as his talent. This song is just one amazing example!! I love you Zakk.....

It's a stunning song.

I was struggling with addiction and was listening to this. When he said " You can welcome me in, I will not walk through that door. I may be blind but I'll find my way". That meant something. Drugs will always be there.. and they'll welcome you in for sure. You gotta be strong enough to say I can control myself and follow a different path instead of walking towards them. Hope that helps someone like it did me.

I have found the light Mr. Wild and you good sir were part of my journey that took me here. After terrible things were done to one of my kids that made the local paper I was ready to give up. Working long nights that had me walking miles with street cleaning company I used to play this song on repeat mad at God. Miracles later sir I must say God is real. I do not doubt the unbelievers as they have not seen what I have . God is not a cop God is Love. It’s us that’s messed up.. Heck the church is messed up. My blood family dont have anything to do with me, have not heard from them in months. It's been over a Year since J.D. and I Spoke, and I may be "Blind" but I find MY Way. JonJen Wolfe He just came into the crowd and his security guards went shoulder to shoulder with me. I shoved my 13 year old daughter in the middle with him. Hes her idol.

I laid the love of my life to rest last week. Her parents asked if I wanted a song played that I had introduced her to. I played Lost Prayer at her funeral there was not a dry eye in the place because she was loved and will be missed but this song showed everyone the love we had. Thank you for writing it and making it the masterpiece it is. Oh and please bring BLS back to Halifax NS the first beer is on me

Actually he disappointed me greatly when he turned from the guy who's the guitarist for the guy who used to be in a band called Black Sabbath to a guy who writes pussy songs about Jesus and calls it metal just because he's good at the guitar.

Look at the comments under this video of how good he has made ppl feel. Isn't that what is really about anyway? Music makes me feel all kinds of things. yea this is my favorite band for the past 20 years. Ive seen them live many times. So many good songs, and you can still see them live! Although their drummer just died. Jeremiah Green, the perfect drummer for the band and all the way from the beginning. Gonna miss him!

The more I listen to this song the more I like it.

Like many musicians he has Sobered up and Faced his demons. As much a shish life is better now, he has left us as we knew him. Same fate as Metallica, the demons wrote the Music and Fueled the Passion 🤟 so much light can be brought from the Dark if the Host can Handle the Burden. Always a Fan either way.

This popped into my feed. I believe I met Zakk, back in '99.🧿 (The yrs bleed together, now. That may not be correct) 🧿 He was modest, & down to earth. Which I really appreciated. I was dating a childhood friend of his back then. 🧿 Also caught him live, when he was working with Ozzy Osbourne. Great show! 🧿 Did not know, he has such a wonderful singing voice! 🧿 Nice work! 🧿🕊️🙌🧿 & Perfect timing, for this track! 🧿😎
