The airplane apparently bringing Zairean President Mobutu Sese Seko home from France arrived at Kinshasa's airport on Friday but reporters were unable to determine if he was on board. Twenty minutes after the chartered DC-8 touched down, there was still no sign of the cancer-stricken Mobutu. Officials waiting to greet him, as well as reporters, were told by soldiers to go to the Thsatshi military camp, the home of the presidential guard.
