When it comes to Pa Kent, there were rumours about it even back in 2017 that he would make an appearance, and when Kevin Costner was asked about it he was incredibly coy as well. Would love to see Jor-El as well, since his AI should be a part of the Kryptonian ship's mainframe. Also, the fact that Pa Kent's dialogue is addressing the members of the league, as all of them is struggling to find their place in the world is just utterly brilliant.

Yeah, it’s a REALLY nice choice to use that Jonathan dialogue to show that they are all on the hero’s journey!

8:00 Going by previous cinematic tropes, Steppenwolf’s armour is like a blend of Tony Stark’s nanotech and the Anton Furst Batmobile’s extra shields.

Definitely could be Desaad! It's a strange look so it's difficult to tell exactly who/what that is. I'll have to go back and look at that tunnel sequence. I don't remember him getting onto the Nightcrawler like that. Thanks for confirming! Couldn't remember off the top of my head.
