You are the only one who referenced mythological creatures among reactors that I watched. They always reference Buckbeak from Harry Potter movies. It seems they don't read books at all.

We are visiting 8 planets in part 1... They showed like 4. There's a whole lots we have not really seen...there's ship called dreadnought two times the star destroyer. Zack chose a lot of closer ups to save much for the official trailer. Because the aerial shots would reveal a lot about the movie for now. There's much fantasy to come, it has magic, supersoldiers & More. 😊 Great reaction by the way. 🤗

Im a bit late to this but if you didn’t know the feathered robe on staz nairs character is a Māori korowai from here in New Zealand used for ceremonies and the top braiding binding design is their own take on it for this movie

Excellent analysis, I agree that Kora might not be the princess Yssa, I even doubt she is the Scargiver...I mean the teaser could have been trying to plant some misleading ideas so that we could be surprised by the time of watching RM. I am really hyped!!!

I definitely think Kora is the Scargiver, I don't think she is the redeemer though. I'm expecting more along the lines of when Palpatine was talking to Anakin in Revenge of the Sith speaking of the tragedy of Darth Plagueis. The person may have existed but the point is to get the listener to think about what they can accomplish, not what someone else could have accomplished.

@@Nimo-the-RedYeah I think “Scargiver” is her nickname back when she was a good little soldier for the Imperium. So when the “pretty face” guy from Alita said he found the Scargiver, he was referring to the talented soldier who had the audacity to jump ship and stop serving the emperor.

I think when Jimmy is talking about Issa, he is speaking alegorically. Issa (Isa) is Jesus in the Quran, also known as the redeemer. It could be just artistic license with Zack, it could also mean that Rebel Moon takes place far in the future where Earth's myths have changed through the eons of telling them. Jimmy could also be literal, but if he is, i still think it is a misdirect. The blond girl in the snow portion is Issa, i think that jimmy couldnt save her and that she is dead. The story isnt meant to convey that Kora is the redeemer, just that anyone can choose to be the redeemer. Just kinda my thoughts on the trailer

The fact that Issa is the little blond girl and that she´s already dead have been circling around my mind too. The way that Jimmy says "I was given memories of a world I will never see (future); loyalty to a king I cannot serve (present); and love for a child I could not save (past)" strikes me.

The way the trailer was cut did give me the impression that Kora was the princess, but from what I have heard since, the little blonde girl is the Princess Issa. Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
