Body dysmorphia is very common. Counting your calories will remove this “relationship with food” almost entirely. The calories you get from food are just energy to move around, some are more healthy than others though. It is okay to eat non healthy food in moderation aka by counting calories you won’t gain weight. Instead of eating a whole cake, maybe you have a slice. Instead of a whole pizza maybe you have a child’s pizza or a half pizza.
I have found Zac Efron to be underrated for years. He has shown so much range as an actor.

I have always liked Zac since his HSM days. His “Down to Earth” series was a great way to get my family into conservation issues. The media should stop making diet a topic of conversation because it really fuels an unhealthy fixation on appearance. I appreciate that Zac shared his tips. At the same time, it is clear that we all have more value in the world than what our diet is. It is great that Zac is creating series like “Down to Earth” to give back to the planet.

I’m confused can someone explain how he could have been in ketosis which means 0 carb diet to hit ketosis but he was eating sweet potato which has about 27 carbs subtract the 7fiber so 20 net carbs….?

Being in ketosis isn’t about 0 carb but low carb intake. So depending on what’s considered low carb for his body (I’m sure he had a team/person assist with that) he could have been in ketosis eating sweet potatoes. Maybe his number was 45 carbs

Wondered that for a long time lol. But I just read the new article in Mens Health he did and he said he slipped while he was running in his house. He said he broke his jaw and had to have surgery. After that his jaw muscles started to expand so he worked with a trainer to shrink back down.

He had a jaw implant and lip fillers. No shame to him for that. But just be honest about it. Breaking your jaw doesn't cause it to heal like a perfectly square-jawed superhero. Or cause your lips to inflate. That's surgery. You can still be fans of the guy and acknowledge that obvious reality. That's not bullying, that's beating realistic.
I feel like he isn't used to talking about himself like you see this nervous energy that he doesn't have in filming its cute but also unexpected

he stated that he broke his jaw I believe around a year a go. There were a lot of plastic surgery rumours around that time, because he looked ridiculously puffy. But he had an encredible jaw line already, so I find plastic surgery a bit hard to believe...
