I love the fact that he is aware of and is not afraid to talk about the fact that eating is social and your diet as a father influences your children‘s if you are a present figure in their lives. It’s very rare to see that in these types of videos.

'Love the honest and real diet talk. You can see he gets enjoyment out of food, too many celebrities who talk about food and diet are fake which sends the complete wrong message to their fans. You can still enjoy food and train. He always looks fit and healthy whether he has he extra muscle for Soldier Boy or how he is now.

Yeah, he said that he eats a balanced diet as much as possible even though there are times that he eats his kids' leftovers. He pointed out balance among others, "and not eating until you can't breathe anymore" or overeating. So basically just moderation on food portions, which is good advice. He also pointed out eating several small meals per day. All in all, really good video!

Haven’t watched The Boys yet, but his approach to “dieting” is one of my favorites out of celebrities. His take on nutrition, if used by a lot of other people who want to get in shape but are scared of restricted diets, would help sooooo many get healthier, leaner and stronger, while also being able to still enjoy life. Food is fuel, it’s essential, but it shouldn’t be everything all the time for most.

I know it's already been said a bunch of times but Jensen Ackles has such a great voice. I immediately want to trust him cos he sounds like he'd be on top of any situation. I hope they bring him back to voice Soldier Boy in the next installment of The Boys: Diabolical. I'd love to see one of Payback's missions played out. In addition, I'd be down for another Supernatural animated series. In contrast to the first series this one should be TV-MA and significantly darker. Quality-wise, something on par with Invincible, The Boys: Diabolical, Castlevania, Final Space etc. would be 👌🏾

I'm really after almost 15 years Jenson is really getting the attention, press & acknowledgement that he deserved for so long. We all know he should 've quit SN long back but it was his love for the show which came in the way. Just hope he gets to sign really good movies or more TV shows. He's too good looking like Ryan Gosling & too good of an underrated actor to not make to the mainstream Hollywood. Let's hope we see him more🤞🏻

He's such a grounded person with his Family, Friends and little joys of life that whatever he may eat, it doesn't make much difference in his weight or body. Regular exercise and consistency in eating, whether it is greasy, salty, spicy, sweet food or healthier food, it is enough for him to maintain body, shape and health. Love this! Real talk about being healthy and fit without depriving yourself of enjoying food. Jensen works out to be healthy so he has the energy to meet the demands of his active career & to be there for his kids & Danneel. It's a very balanced and sensible approach. He always looks great because he feels good. He finds joy in his job and life. Love the extra pics you added except...no to the manip of Jensen with the ripped abs. That is false & misleads people into thinking that is what you should look like. No, just no, to unrealistic expectations. Jensen's body is fine as is, no need to enhance it in any way.

Great response, I completely agree! Love to see celebrities eating like normal people instead of spouting lies and saying that’s what it takes to have near impossible to achieve goals. Just be balanced and eat to fuel yourself and enjoy your life!

it is roids...... he had to put on 20 pounds of lean mass in 6 months. u cant gain that much in 6 months let alone a year. IF trained rigorously for a year with insane dieting, a man can gain only 5-10 pounds of muscle mass naturally.
