“Pomegranate juice” make sure to check the sugar content of any fruit juices, you are better off consuming it straight from the source instead of looking for a “processed juice” in the store.. Sugar is the root cause of most health ailments. Also, always check the glycemic index of foods, some things that people tell you are healthy actually cause you to store fat via insulin like most fructose found in fruits for example.

Here you have 3 great meals aside from dinner Oatmeal with milk (add blueberries and honey for a sweeter feeling) Yoghurt with kiwi (add cashew nuts for a saltier feeling) Scrambled eggs, beans, chopped potatoes (add grated cheese and chopped garlic for a heavier feeling)

honey is still a sugar bro, your body doesn't know the difference

Oatmeal and milk both contain sugars and are carbs that will definitely put on weight that you don’t want and will raise your insulin levels that will take you down that road to becoming diabetic. Eggs are great but adding beans are also are high in glucose! The key is not to flood your body with unwanted sugary carbs. Once in a while is ok but not every day! It’s best not to get into a habit of eating those kind of carbs. Mostly because eating that way again will increase your insulin levels which in turn will increase your hunger. Avoid snacks period! Peace

The delicious fruit pomegranate is mentioned in the Quran three times: 1400+years ago (Surah Al Anaam, chapter 6, verse 99 and 141 - Surah Ar-Rahman, chapter 55, verse 68). It has a beautiful structure with gem-like beauty covered within layers resembling a honeycomb. Each of it is a sign of our Sustainer. Garlic is also loved by prophet Muhammad pbuh
