Ingredients:
Plain flour 300g
Water 270g
Dry yeast 3g
Baking powder 3g
Salt 5g
Chopped spring onion 10g (optional)
Cooking oil
Option 1. Let dough rise about 1-1.5 hours then pan fry.
Option 2. Refrigerate (4°C cover with wrap) overnight and then cook straight away the next morning (time saving method)
用料:

干酵母 3克
无铝泡打粉 3克
盐 5克
葱末10克(可不放)
食用油 适量
做法1: 发面1-1.5小时,180度油温下锅煎炸
做法2: 冰箱(4摄氏度左右,盖好保鲜膜)隔夜慢发酵,第二天早晨拿出直接做即可 (省时省力)
