Homeless??? China literally does NOT have homeless people like in the USA. However, China does occasionally have poor migrant workers who sleep in open areas until they find the next job. They own houses in their hometown and have money in a savings bank. Some of them even own multiple houses in their hometown and have lots of money in savings banks. Therefore, Chinese police can just buy them a train ticket and send them home, if they find it necessary. The homeless people in the USA and EU are literally "homeless". Whatever contents in the plastic bags they carry are the only property they own in this entire universe. So American police literally don't know how to deal with them. Being an American, I feel it is only fair to clarify this word "homeless" before you discuss this matter. 😎😎😎 Ciao Bella 😋😋😋

2023年在长沙街头遇到了一个流浪者，围了一圈人要给他买水和饭，他拒绝了一个人买的拉面，也拒绝了我给他买的烧饼，拿了我买给他买的炒菜、米饭和水。然后过了10多分钟，有2个警察过来问他的户籍，带他上车走了。 中国现在不大可能路有饿死骨了，但是精神意志上出了问题而离家出走和流浪的肯定有。 执政者提供的公共服务到位，组织得力，不会有长期在外流浪者。

貧富不均的問題在任何國家都一定會存在，然而「流浪漢」的現象就是凸顯出一個政府對於弱勢族群的漠不關心，才會讓這些弱勢族群無家可歸，難以謀生，這種現象在西方世界已經是越來越普遍，但在中國卻可以讓「流浪漢」絕跡於街頭，這表示中國政府極度重視弱勢族群，這也是西方國家最容易忽視的族群，西方國家的政府似乎也不在乎他們無家可歸，而放任他們流浪於街上。

我觉得这也和中国传统的家庭和亲人之间的互相帮助有关系，我家亲属也有特别穷的亲人，因为残疾没法工作，甚至没有自己的房子，一直都是亲人们帮助他，还给他买了个房子，办了低保。生病也是亲人帮忙。我是不会让自己的亲属流浪街头的。

I lived in China, namely Zhuhai and Nansha, Guangdong Province for 20 years. The only person I saw lying on the street was a drunk but within minutes of me sighting him, the police came with medical personnel and whisked him away in an ambulance. People dancing in parks in China is a common sight. This is a good form of exercise for the elderly and creates an opportunity for neighbours to socialise. ❤

Homeless people are usually arranged by the civil affairs department to rescue station, and the next step is to be sent back to their hometown. When the homeless arrive in their hometown, the local government will continue to help him (house, food, job, etc.). Charitable organizations(NGO) may be active for some time and inactive for others time (for various reasons). You can say that government officials are for political achievements, but I think this purpose is understandable. There are unemployment and poverty problems in China, but there is basically no homelessness problem in China.

他们老说外国人有特权，底层老百姓过得不好，作为一个底层老百姓，我婆婆在我公公过世后家每年收到几千的生活补助，我婆婆的小儿子上学也有补助，我婆婆他们优先获得一些有报酬的打扫卫生的工作，每个村里至少几十户领政府救济金的，这些钱足以支撑他们在农村生活。我真不知道他们基于什么说出那些话。不公平的事情也有，比如村长会仗着自己的权利获得一些利益，村里的人不敢反抗，也不允许子女反抗，我觉得这是思想被教育的结果，山村几百年了遗留下来的民不与官斗的思想，哪怕一个小官，举报一下就能轻易的搬到他也不背家长允许。

In 1994 When i visited Hong Kong , still a British colony, i saw a few homeless people. At the same period I visited China, despite being poorer than Hong Kong, no homeless were seen. My grand father' village Sun Tack was also very poor, people there cooked meals on wood stoves, i wondered around and didn't see any single homeless person.

实话实说九几年，甚至零几年中国各大城市都还是有无家可归乞讨为生的人，胡锦涛时期有一些政府措施开始帮助这些人，直到习近平精准扶贫完全解决了流浪汉问题，政府只要发现流浪汉，首先人户籍所在地的当地政府接回去，然后精准扶贫（房屋，低保，帮助培训并安排工作等等一系列措施）

还有一种是智力活身体残疾，干不了劳动，我们村就有一个，路都走不好，随时能摔，村里给改了房子，是五保户，每个月一千块钱左右，生病了有合作医疗，基本上也不花钱，电，网免费安装的，满足基本娱乐，逢年过节也有米 面油，不太可能饿着，过年回家我还看见给按上空调了，冬天也冻不着了，院子很大，就两间小屋，其他地方围起来自己种了点菜啥的

我老家在江西农村, 村里有一个特困户, 他是十几岁的时候脑子就有点问题的, 家人也都不在了. 前几年回老家,跟村里人聊起他, 村里人告诉我是说,他现在没问题了,都是政府照顾,帮他修了个小平房, 村里每个干部都有专门的帮扶对象, 规定每个星期至少要去他们家看一次, 给他们带米,油,菜一类的生活必需品. 因为这些干部都是本村的, 这种工作一是上面的要求,二来也是自己的口碑,所以基本都做得还好,这些弱势人群确实是受到比较到的照顾了.其它的不论, 这一点我是非常支持现在的政府的,

For me, the most important reason why China has less homeless is that the drugs are not allowed there. The Canadian government give more to the homeless. But, the homeless use the money to buy drugs.

在中国贩毒跟杀人可是重罪 我们镇有个人杀人犯被判刑入狱十二年 而我们村有一个毒贩贩卖一百二十克海洛因被判处十九年有期徒刑 在我们国家只要贩卖超过50克海洛因基本都是重罪如果毒贩在抓捕过程中与警察发生暴力的话基本上会被判处死刑

在中国不可能有流浪汉的，有的话政府一定会救助。有工作能力愿意工作的，会帮忙安排住的地方和工作。没有工作能力的，会安排福利院介入。有工作能力不愿工作的，会联系家人或者户籍地政府介入。

其实90年代后的流浪汉都把流浪乞讨当成职业了，其实他们老家生活并不差，跑到发达点的沿海城市职业卖惨要钱，那时候据说每天收入不少，有段时间演变成高峰，尤其是旅游区，导致游客投诉太多，政府没办法只能遣返这些人

不可否认，几十年前的中国偏远的农村比较贫困，有一些人会来到城市中流浪乞讨，现在的中国因为互联网极度发达，广大农村不仅村村通电、通水、通路、通网，很多偏远地区的村民都学会了利用网络直播销售家乡的特产，中国庞大的国内市场，发达的物流系统帮助农民实现了收入增长和脱贫致富。这个春节之前，我给远方亲属购买的土特产品都是通过网上渠道购买的，发货地址在东北大兴安岭地区，快递三天就送到亲戚手上。

During times of upheaval, especially during wars, there were many Chinese people who were displaced and found themselves homeless. The CPC made it a priority to help them to settle and find places to live. Initially, the abodes were often basic. But in recent times, with the building of countless apartments, most people have now a roof over their heads. But urbanisation carried the risk of migrant workers flooding into cities where accommodation is limited. To address this problem, many cities have built special affordable accommodation for them. Admittedly, the control of movement has helped. But the alternative is chaos.

There are vlogs out there showing homeless junkies in Kensington Ave, in Pennsylvania and also tens of homeless areas setting tents in the state of Washington

Most of foreign persons still live in the imagination. I really hope all the people could visit China before the estimate Chinese. Chinese people work harder and nice to foreign person normally. Of course, there are bad guy all of the worlds. You could call 110 if as soon as you met any issues in China. As old saying goes: It's wonderful to have friends visiting from far. Cheers!

城中村并不是贫民窟，在城中村拥有一栋自建楼都是财富自由的人，并且租住在里面的人都是在当地有工作不需要流浪，基本是外地来到当地打工不够钱买房，所以选择落脚在城中村（房租便宜）

西方國家有很多志願團體每天派發免費食物所以他們不需要為吃飯而煩惱，但中國沒有這些組織不工作就會餓死😂

主要是怕碰到推銷保險，推銷銀行業務，什麼電信移動之類的人，對社恐來說，真的很煩。

Within first the first 15 mins sitting in the Taxi to my hotel upon arrival in London last year , I was approached at 3 traffic lights by homeless people asking money for food, this was in a cold rainy night in January. I felt absolute safe travelling in China every time over the last 30 years.

Where there are specific walls designated for people to spray paint and make 'art', you could arguably call it art. However, in many European cities, youth are simply spraying nonsense words and squiggly lines everywhere including on centuries old monuments and cathedrals - these are pure vandalism.

无论哪个城市，都有很少的流浪汉，他们都是不听政府劝阻去收容站生活，政府也不会强制收容，只会在特殊极端天气时给予帮助，送御寒衣物和食物，这些流浪汉只会在郊区的桥洞等类似的地方栖息，对城市的卫生也不会有任何影响，因为中国的环卫工人和公厕配套都很完善

从小在中国长大，街道好多年不见流浪者了。因为中国农民都有自己土地可以种植的。那些流浪者讨厌种地，因为挣来钱太慢才在城里“装流浪者”乞讨。很多流浪者的家是“别墅”，他们通过乞讨拿到很多钱。比上班的人有钱。所以在中国的流浪者基本是“骗子”，不是西方意义上的流浪者。

可以看一下"阿树Atlas Explore China"就了解為何大陸很少無家可歸的人。最近很多老外視頻探討中國homeless people很難看到的原因都很有道理，那些海外恨國黨或1450的言論聽聽就好，不就是要住和生存嗎? 只要政府願意面對問題解決處理就比那些自認為高大上的國家視而不見或一推二五六好太多了。 老美政府老是把毒品問題推給大陸，他們從上到下還被洗腦認為是大陸造成的，真是無言。就算有公司製造止痛劑的中間體被某些國家買去轉作毒品，為何大陸卻很少?

China has very good policies for accommodating homeless people. They will understand your situation and recommend some jobs that don't require skills, or provide you with job training. In short, China won't let you live like an animal as in the West.
