Living in China vs Living in America || 中国vs美国。。 我很震惊

Here I go to a smaller city metro station in China and compare it to the richest city in America's metro station.
What do you think about this? Truly shocking.

But some are still crisizing like : “China government is wasting money on building all these super systems, because they will never make money, blah blah… Ha ha ha….yes they are right, Chinese government didn’t build these projects for profits, they built it to serve Chinese people.

I told him that China was so poor and that many Chinese would risk their lives just to come to the States. He told me China was much better than the US but I laughed and said to him that he was nuts. True enough, he returned to China after five years in the States even though he has a green card. Now I know why he left and I left too but not to China, back home to Malaysia.

I'm American and lived in Chongqing and Hong Kong for a couple of months. New York's MTA system is one attribute of a much larger cultural problem. The US has the money and resources to have nice things but too often public transit isn't consistently funded as well as it should be. Additionally, maintenance/repairs/upgrades are heavily reliant on contractors, so the costs of doing these are much greater than they would be if agencies did it on their own. Lastly, Americans have a tendency to build and let things fall into disrepair with little maintenance, to the point where it would be cheaper to demolish and rebuild again. I'm happy to see you enjoying yourself, I'm currently in SE Asia but would like to work in China long term!

Some may argue that comparing a brand-new facility to an older one, unfair this unfair that. The actual reality is that Anglo-Saxon media often criticizes China's government, labeling it as dictatorial and inhumane. Yet, can any country point to a facility built primarily for its citizens with such high efficiency? The answer is likely none. I live in Australia, where democracy is touted as giving voice to the people and prioritizing their needs. However, it often serves the interests of a select few, creating an illusion of participation rather than true democracy. And another interesting thing I lately heart, many Americans talk about decentralized systems in blockchain, no against new technology, but the truth is, without a strong centralized system, progress is difficult. Simply voting every day without decisive action leads nowhere.

I'm from USA and have lived all over including NY. I still have friends that live there. Yes, many people still daily ride the subway and that's because they don't have a choice !! 😂😂 I don't ride it because i can afford not to but why should it be that way? Having a safe choice is a public tax payers rights. Many companies don't provide parking , average parking cost at least $50/day if you are lucky. And driving depending on the time can take you hours. Yes, many cities in the states have horrible transit system. Some better but not enough. And yes i can say that because i have been to every large city in every state in the USA multiple times. 😊😊 I pay alot of taxes but i'm so glad my government funds trillions of $$ to instigate and help coutries fight wars. NOT !!!!! Thank you for being honest and i can't argue with your facts. Anyone arguing about this just knows they look foolish.
