The clips of the Tianhe International Airport brings me so much memories. I used to do investment banking on an IPO in Wuhan. I stayed there for more than one year (during which the monorail was still under construction and I didn’t have the luck to ride it). I am so familiar with the airport that I can confidently arrive at the airport only one hour before the plane takes off and navigate my way to the boarding gate very smoothly.

@@stevel5806I think we already have everything we can asked for but robotaxis connecting MRT systems with our smartphone app is something surreal that is yet to exist in our little island. There are plan to develop that connectivity but the Mainland Chinese has already implemented it but we are still at 'planning stage'. If these robotaxis are in service right now, there will be no need to have a car to go to anywhere.

The only problem is chinese with not much English sign board and language but definitely cheap but high living standard. their gov is really good investing so much on infrastructure

That's a dream destination for me personally. I always wanted to go to China and probably to live in. I don't know whether I will be able to do it or not but one thing is clear. If you really want to see what the future looks like then go to China, you will see things that you haven't seen anywhere and you cannot see anywhere but only in China. Saudi Arabia is now following China's steps hopefully within a decade or so they also will come near China.

As a Chinese , I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for showcasing the positive aspects of China. And I'd like to say to people with pride and prejuduce that, like any other nation, we are striving to lead better lives. While acknowledging that there are challenges to address, as is the case with any country, I implore those with preconceived notions to exercise patience and grant us the time to progress in our own way. With a history spanning thousands of years, it has shaped us into who we are today. Constructive and sincere criticism is valuable, but unfounded hatred and propaganda serve no purpose. Let's foster understanding and embrace a more nuanced perspective on our shared journey of improvement

Actually you can buy one day's trip at the beginning, and the price is as the same as the one-way trip XD. I bought the one-day trip ticket and took a lot of riding, from Jiufengshan to Longquanshan. And there is a splandid view of rushing cars when you passed the Gaoxin Avenue!

Ah, Wuhan! My 老家! Tianhe, the very last sight I had of my beloved China home. I gotta go cry, now.

What people see is the efforts on the Infrastructures but they might not see the massive investment efforts on education which sustain all the Infrastructures and developments. China truly is way ahead and way more advanced , this country is on right direction.
