Today I'm taking you for some Dim Sum in Las Vegas! Orchards Garden has the rolling dim sum carts. Good spot for Las Vegas Chinese food!

very enjoyable. you give a very good professional food critique of the food and restaurants. The positive side since few have been there. I have had dim sum in china so I know what it is supposed to be like and even had the 'emperors dim sum' in Beijing.
Would love to learn more about your heritage, connection to the region, indigenous people, nature and southwestern culture
That beer is Tsingtao , from Qingdao, a city in Shandong Province, China. Because it was once a German colony, it has the technology and tradition of brewing beer. . . . . This beer is really good and has a large audience in China...... Thanks for your video ： ）

We went to another dim sum place in town yesterday and Orchid Gardens is by far better than Yum Cha. Food comes out in carts which is the traditional method, hot and fresh. Prices seem to be lower, but servings are 3 pieces instead of 4. Going back there soon. 😊. If you don't go around lunchtime, you avoid the 10-30 minute wait sometimes. Cookie with no fortune means they wish you all the best. 😆

That was a nice video review & introduction to dim sum. My favs: nǎihuáng bāo, sweet milk custard in a steamed-cooked rice flour bun; Shumai, steamed dumplings with pork and prawns; pineapple bun, usually sweet bread roll that does not contain pineapple but has a topping textured like pineapple skin; jīn dēui, fried dumpling covered in sesame seeds & filled with sweet red bean; the chicken feet are very tasty. Enjoy expanding your horizons with food!

I'm 45, never tried chicken feet. However, my family loves it. It's said that it also helps you look younger.

Chicken feet are absolutely delicious. Yes they have collagen that will enhance your skin.
That broccoli looks artificially green. Perhaps Monosodium glutamate (MSG), also known as sodium glutamate. Or is it just some sort of coloring agent ?

Haha!! Buts it's not an all you can eat for 1 price. We paid for each Dim Sum that we took. If they rolled more out we would have purchase more 😁

chinese people only eat dim sum for brunch. popular items are usually sold out before 2pm. Also traditionally you drink hot tea with dim sum; I prefer Chrysanthemum tea.

I love chicken feet. You actually eat the skin only. Not much meat. Super tasty.

I prefer going to Everything when it's less busy! But you definitely have to go early to get those delicious egg tarts.
Hey Liz! I was hungry for DIM SUM and actually stumbled on your YUMMY Las Vegas Dim Sum review by accident! Enjoyed your review! The chinese rush-rush culture is inherent to the hurry up ambience that is what it is. LOL.When in find a more leisure atmosphere, and a layed-back leave me alone to eat, the chinese rush-rush, hurry up feeling won't be as acute. A mind thing. :O) Opps, you didn't get a fortune in your fortune cookie? Hmmm? Maybe the fortune inserter fell asleep in the assembly line? Too much rush-rush, hurry up makes exhausted worker.
The one off Eastern/ 215 was really good. The Fortune cookie is an American construct it means nothing
