In this week's video, we made our way from the Norwegian Encore docked in Skagway, Alaska aboard a motor coach north to the Canadian wilderness of the Yukon!
We started off aboard a large motor coach, drove through downtown Skagway and headed north. Along the way, we made multiple stops to enjoy scenic overlooks before stopping for lunch at Caribou Crossings. While there we got to enjoy a "petting zoo" of sorts, including husky puppies and more.
After a filling lunch and break from travel - we made our way to Carcross, Canada for a quick walk around the historic town where we got our passports stamped, enjoyed the scenic river view, and explored the remnants of a former river boat, SS Tutshi. Back aboard the bus, we made our way to be dropped off at the nearby train station to board one of the world's most scenic railways: the White Pass & Yukon Scenic Railway.
While our experience was unfortunately hindered by heavy fog and rain, we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing and informative experience aboard this historic route. A beautiful part of the US that we had never explored before.
