I feel like this is how the natural flow of the game should be! You guys were able to do something every turn and counteract each other! It was a very nice game!

Overload fusion can only be used to summon a Dark Machine type fusion monster... so the only Ancient Gear fusion you could summon with it is Chaos Ancient Gear Giant... Overload fusion I think is most often used for Chimeratech stuff.

I would say get atleast one starter deck of each game. Both are very different in mechanics and gameplay, so get one starter deck for each, try it a bit, then invest in the one you feel you enjoy more.

This was really cool, I really appreciated you doing the quick profiles at the end of the video! Thanks for this.

That was a lot of fun to watch. I’ve been loving the GX anime so far (I’m well into season 3), so I can’t wait for more theme duels.

I got my main deck,but every side deck i own is a theme deck (dear Ra,do i love the speed duel decks. VERY handy when you want a theme deck) and am currently working on getting all the dragonmaids so i can have me a dragonmaid deck. I honestly hate the concept of the "meta": i duel cause it's fun and if i win i win and if not i don't.

I like Ancient Gears because I love Vellian Crowler. He is one of my favourite characters in GX and, you know, he is voiced by Sean Schemmel who voices Goku in the Dragonball series :)

Vid was worth wait liking the upgrades on the transition, keep getting creative with these Verus vids looking forward for some more tag duels!

Ur opponent cant activate cards or effects in response to ancient gear card effects is a permanent effect, read the card there is a "period" after that sentence. The turn they are summoned, yourr opponent can't Target or destroy ancient gear monsters with card effects. That's one effect in one sentence.

Chaos Ancient Gear Giant is unaffected by spells and traps and negates monster effects during BP. Most of the other AG monsters negate spells and traps though.

Wow, great dueling guys. I use an Ancient Gear deck but I don't have some of the more powerful cards to make it click. The way you two dueled was just amazing and fun. You guys are in a league of your own and rightfully so.

I love this so much. It's my 2 favorite decks facing off

7:30 You can't do that because Howitzer is unaffected by card effects, so Ancient Gear Fusion can't use him as material.

Using a card as material for a summon isnt a card effecting another card so yes you can

Alexis Cyber blade Chazz Ojama Bastion has 6 decks but uses 1 Cyrus Machines with eyes Pegasus under 18 monsters

I don’t know how to play Yu-Gi-Oh but I watch you guys regardless, the banter and chemistry between you all is great!

Loved how this turned out. I'm a big fan of machine monsters and machine-themed decks, so I love both cyber dragons and ancient gears, but I do love cyber dragons more so this video turned out perfect for me.

Who else waited a decade for this duel for real tho

With a screen name like yours, I expect all this will go over your head, but it's no concern to me how stupid you look in front of others.

Loved the video! I am a big fan of machine monster decks, specially my boys Cyber dragon and ancient gears

Hells yeah! Cyber dragon deck for the win! Nice job you guys. Seriously. Even without the rather broken 'Contact Fusion' to wipe the board, it was still a great matchup. This was 2 years ago, right? So by now, I am guessing Paul, you probably updated with some of the new Cyberdark cards, such as Chimera and Claw, to help search Power Bond? And Cyberdark Realm and/or Cybernetic Horizon make those two even more powerful and useful. I also love that you showcased Cyber Eternity Dragon. That one is VERY useful in my own duels, especially with Cybernetic Horizon! It sends a fusion machine monster to the grave yard... so either play Eternity and send someone else to make Eternity unaffected, or dump Eternity and play another Fusion, the banish Eternity to protect your other Fusion for that turn! Seriously, I end up using that combination as much, if not more, than Cyber Dragon Infinity!

Loved this matchup! Ancient Gears were a fav of mine when I was playing the TCG back in 2006-7, and Cyber Dragons are my best deck in Duel Links to this day!

Hey got a question do you recommend any under $40 phone tripod for filming duels and deck profiles I am wanting to do some for my area but all the ones I have found seem to pricey for the fact that they look cheaply made or are cheap and fall apart I have bought two and both fell apart in less then a week
