i dont know your deck profile but you could have used your thrasher and advancer first turn to bring out lord galaxion that has an effect to bring galaxy eyes photon dragon from deck then galaxy expedition could have been used.

Dark Matter sucks in Galaxy unless you run Arkbrave. And it conflicts with Photon Sanctuary because it's dark.

Hey man, gotta say that I haven't touched yugioh for a long time, and the slow-pace gameplay really helped me googling effects and understanding link summoning. As far as someone who's knowledge of yugioh is only as far as synchro summoning, this was pretty easy to keep up with.

@@nategreaves5516 You can summon galaxy eyes full armor photon dragon by on a galaxy eyes monster and whenever cipher dragon steals a monster its name becomes galaxy eyes cipher dragon

Awesome stuff! Always nice to see you guys take some time for the slow, fun games. As someone who only plays with a handful of friends, it's refreshing to see decks that aren't full of hand traps and meta counters. Any chance we could see this Galaxy-Eyes deck profiled?

12:30 should have used galaxy soldiers effect to search galaxy knight because you didn't normal summon this turn. His effect allows you to special summon a galaxy-eyes photon dragon from the grave, which you have discarded previously in order to make another negation in the form of hope harbinger and the likes.

Should have used wizard to just add Galaxy Trance to hand then use for an easy XYZ into another boss monster this turn . Edit: and not sure right now but assuming he had 62 and afterglow (I think afterglow was out at this time) then he might have had game. Edit 2: Nope. Afterglow was out in 2021- F.

The extra deck works best with the Galaxy-Photon deck though simply because of the synergy with other main deck cards like Photon Vanisher or Galaxy Cleric.

7:10 if instead of link, u went with XYZ Lord Galaxion u could bring another Photon Dragon, XYZ into Neo Photon Dragon, effect detach all Harbingers materials, power +1500 and 3 attacks. You could have ended it right there bud.🙃

This duel was sick, can I request you bring back the old rivarly of Kaito Vs Mizar in the anime and do a Tachyon Dragon Vs Photon dragon duel? Both decks have had a ton of support since the show ended so it would be cool to see what you guys can do with it. Also in the first game was there any reason you didn't use Cipher Dragon effect to steal one of his monsters? Could have stolen titanic galaxy, XYZ summoned Dark Matter with it then XYZ summoned Full Armoured on top of your original Cipher Dragon and had a way stronger field, or am I missing something? Would also mean you could fully clear the board so you didn't lose next turn to the overlay

What LP counter did you use? Loved the duel. I'm in to Phantom Knights, I am aware of the ban list but I just do casual play. So I can pretty much beat any of my friends when the deck comes in. Back when I watched Zexal, I loved the photon deck, but now its Phantom Knights, Cyber and Cyberse

While I’m happy that Galaxy Eyes got a Link, but ain’t it fucked up how the successor gets one before the OG? Hell, Flame Swordsman became a Link before Blue Eyes or DM. BLS even got a Link before them.

Blue eyes has mostly of strong monsters in the deck. You could still roll easy with one extra deck monster in the link zone. But that really does not matter with the new master rule 5.

Here to remind you that Blue-Eyes STILL doesn't have a Link...or a Fusion Spell. Meanwhile Red-Eyes and DM (which has multiple Fusion Spells, including a searchable one) just fused into a super monster! WHAT!??

Blue Eyes using Galaxy Xyz, Galaxy Eyes using Cyber Dragon Xyz, honestly it was not what I had in mind for a Blue Eyes VS Galaxy Eyes match. Was looking forward to it too.

paul in game one you could xyz summon galaxyon then use two overlay units t get photon dragon aka the ace monster of this deck also still in game one you could activate cipher dragons effect before using it to summon full armor dragon
