❤️ brilliant ! Not a van lifer, too old, too scaredy-cat. But motorhomer ( part time, cats, barn owl, koi don’t travel so well 😳) Replace immediately ( under £50 ) cotton duvet covers, not sweaty in summer, cozy in the cold. Replace immediately ( unlimited ) ecoflow… don’t wanna be tied to crowds. Never replace…. Cheap plastic cutlery 😂 And …. I have a question? ( the drive away awning … been there, done that ! 😳🙄😑🥴) but why don’t van peoples do Quest pop up houses ? 2 minutes, outside space ! … I love ours! Supper outside in the rain, and wind ! No hassle 😊😊😊x I could watch two hours of things , ideas and experiences! Thank you so much ! X

Under £50 - Seatbelt clip lead that clips into the passenger seatbelt buckle for the dog - 3 bucks from ebay. Over £50 - This is actually under £50 but I haven't got one over £50 so thought I'd have two under. So a faux leather ottoman from Dunelm for 10 sheets. Hides the emergency Thetford porta potti 335 perfectly and doubles up as an extra seat or a footstool. Wouldn't buy again - Cheap set of knives and forks etc from Tesco, only a couple of quid but they bend when you use them.

Hey there Daz, Great to have you back. I found this really useful. I still haven't got my van yet - but I bought one of those twin tub washing machines as the Mrs loves to wash. But as you said - where do you get all the water from? Especially warm water. Used it once, in the house as a test! It has been in storage the last few years! Cheers Chas

I never installed a roof rack (never will install anything on my roof) No awning either. Birky filter is Gold. Fridge/Freezer of course. eBikes Rock. Chairs naturally. Kettle & pour-over coffee device.

The filtration system sounds interesting. I was thinking I could change my life when I bought a ridge monkey. I think I don't need one now haha. Kettle? I'm a skin flint so I boil the water I need for tea. For this I use my titanium pans (I just love them) and cup in which I warm the milk for coffee. No wasted heat. Next is my little finger which gives me the perfect temperature and doesn't need batteries. Then my small moka coffee pot. Don't need? Nothing really.

we've missed you the 2 months welcome back, great idea in this vlog, one thing I'd change is the crap dealships tell newbies what very will need, the rubbish we got when we start don't ask LOL best idea is the silicone folding washing up bowls, buckets and both types of kettles, not matter the size of your camper or motorhome you never have much storage space in side

And finally we would not replace or recommend is the cheap portable air conditioning unit debs choice and mine would be cheap rock pegs as probably bent over 100 just to save a couple of quid, c u in bit 👍

Hi Darren. I pretty much agree with most. Under £50, defo kettle. Over£50 the battery bank. ATM hybrid lead carbon / lithium set up. If I could have afforded it, it would have been all lithium. I've got to admit, I've bought some rubbish, mostly already binned, but I'm still trying to justify the Ramoska cooker. Used it at home, brilliant, but took 4 hours to cook a chicken, eats power like it's going out of fashion. Probably okay if on EHU. But I'm never on EHU.

Definite no-no -- army-style fold-up trenching tool. I don't know what real ones are like but the one you find in shops & markets is rubbish! You have it rattling around for years getting fingers caught in it while you're looking for other things & whenever you think to use it you've always got a better tool & when its moment finally does arrive it bends in half or the locking nut strips at its first look at the ground. Total waste of space.

Under £50 - 10 litre watering can for easy top- ups. Folding step stool (we are short arses so very useful 🤣). Over £50 - taylormade silverscreen. It fits like a glove and is well made. Haven’t invested in solar yet but it is on the list. Never again - cheap pillows and duvets. So uncomfortable. Buy once buy right. Oh and a set of four chopping boards - why would you need four chopping boards in a van? We only use one at home. Thought of another - melamine dinner set. So ££ and horrible to eat and drink from.

I heard, that some bigger KZreadr would get money, for making a video about the product. ie $ 1.650,- each. Some KZreadr present one product per week = gets $ 6.000,- per month or more ? Enough money for full vanlife, and not a job 9 to 5 needed. Mostly it is a presenting only - not really testing. You hear only good arguments for this product. All for the goal:"Buy it !" Even if it is (too) expensive.
