3 Inches thats how shallow you can go on this Abu Dhabi made H Skiff. Ranging from 12,000.00 to 16,000.00 Usd this boat is a huge upgrade from someone stepping up from a pedal kayal. Powered with up to a 20 Hp outboard engine this skiff can go as fast as 30 mph. We all know when the weather changes which it will you want to get to safe waters and fast!
Julian walks us this H Skiff at the Miami Boat Show (2022) and I can say I was pleasently surprised.

How long do you think you and that skiff would last if Jaws bit off the lower unit and tipped over that thing could you fit yourself into one of those cavities? I know I couldn’t I’m 6’3 250 lbs!

For a bay / skinnier water skiff in a tiny package there is nothing better.
That is perfect for fishing the inlets and back bays . Nice 👍. Wonder what the price tag is .

You better weigh about 150 to walk from back to front this boat tilts
With the money I can buy a boat
This skiff is not designed well at all just looks great and any swells in bay are scary please dont waste your money on this skiff does not draft 3 inches
I feel like 20hp is to much on a small boat like that. 10 or 15 would be lighter and more economical

They don't want it to be underpowered and sluggish. The water isn't always going to be flat too. Think 2 big guys, coolers, tackle, misc stuff like an anchor, etc and you'll be glad it's a 20.

9.9 to 20hp is the exact same weight. 20hp actually has the power to cruse on plane vs having to run full out. It used to have a 15hp max and they rated it higher for a reason I bet.

When the boat gets smaller, it sinks into the water with the 2 people, a cooler of ice and beer, the dog, etc. So you need MORE power to get a small boat on plane for the same weight. (Boat plus cargo) Single handed, I think a 9.9 would be fine. In the older outboards (1980s) the Johnson/Evinrude 9.9 and 15 HP are the same motor with different sized carburetor. So I'd put the 15 HP on there, to allow for expansion. (Of your waistline😂😅)
Again does not pole well at all does not go shallow at all moter does not tilt properly with poling deck on does not self bail actually back bails craft is not what that guy says except for the price
