As a Syrian, I was really glad about what you did there in this video 😊. And yes, we all love those recipes... actually we consider these as appetizers or side dishes.. some of these (and a lot more) are served at breakfast or dinner. This type of food is called locally: Hawadher (or حواضر) which means : food which you can always find around the house... we don't get bored at what's for breakfast🤩, because there are plenty of options all year round. And it depends on what region or city in the middle east.. I'm so in love with my own culture.. it's so rich, diverse and historical ... I even might not KNOW all of the recipes out there. As you go through your journey to follow a healthy diet or a vegan diet.. you'll end up to navigating through the Mediterranean cuisines 🧡 Thank you so much for doing all that in your lovely style . Love you ❤

Oooh, as a Turk, love this 😍😍 I would even say that Turkish people have the principle that everything can become a mezze 🤭 I wouldn't want to seem as a know-it-all, but I thought that I could recommend some other ideas: as salads, I would recommend Çoban salatası - even with roasted eggplants -, Gavurdağı salatası and Kısır, and as a kind of "dip", my mother makes one with grated zucchinis (squeezed), garlic, walnuts and yoghurt (of course could be vegan). Hope that's useful ☺️
