In 2020, this podcast was a huge shot in the arm for me as a leader. I stepped up my game as a pastor and as a high school teacher because you coached me in shifting my mindset, and I am amazed at the increased level of impact it's brought on the lives of those around me. I have shared this podcast with every single leader and person I am coaching. All that to say, you are absolutely right, when the leader get's better everyone get's better. Thank you for impacting my students and the teams I am coaching by impacting me!
