Acoustic cover of Your Love Awakens Me by Phil Wickham. On this one I played the arrangement from the Children of God album. Phil Wickham has an acoustic version out, but it's a bit simpler than this chord-wise. I wanted to stay to the full band arrangement in case people were trying to find chords to play in a full band setting.

Reckless Love is actually a very easy song. The Verses are 6-5-4, and the choruses, bridge, and instrumental sections are 6-5-4-1. That's it. I'm planning a cover of it soon, actually.
Can you explain the term ‘the annointing ‘? Is it when people cry when a worship song is sang? Does the singer allways feel the annointing? Can the annointing be there and the singer not realize it? Is a worship leader allways in the annointing during service? What bloodgood cos the annointing? Is it a gift etc?

Great cover, bother. Quick question: why didn't you mic the guitar as well? It sounded great, but I'm just curious.

Thanks! It's just easier to record it direct. Plus to mic a guitar well, you need a condenser, which picks up a lot of the vocal track as well. This makes tuning vocals pretty much impossible.

We use a variety of synths and plugins like Omnisphere as well as things like guitar swells.
That's a fairly expensive guitar. BTW, what's your opinion on Line 6 Variax? Can it sound as good as this acoustic guitar?
