Its crazy to say, but Phil is so good with an acoustic guitar that id rather hear him with just that. Ive never seen anyone build a song like him and create a full band dynamic journey with just a voice and instrument. Ive had the priveledge of seeing him in person once and it was just him and his guitar with two pedals, and it has to be the best worship night ive expereinced in my life *ive been quite a few places and seen quite a few people.* God has truly gifted this man was enormous talent, but somehow his heart remains bigger than his gift and that's why God continues to pour out His blessing on him :D thumbs up if you agree

I was at a youth pastor's conference where I met EVAN Wickham. He was like ~20 at the time and when I remarked how talented he was, Evan just said, "Wait 'till you see my brother Phil." The next day Phil led worship. All of 16 years old. He totally blew the place up. I've been a fan of both of them ever since. They do great credit to their family as they both seem well grounded, passionate about Christ, talented and humble.

Phil, this song is the real deal that helps a born again Christian like me to appreciate that Jesus Christ love awakens every body who believes and trust in him now and forever more. Amen

I love when you just do acoustic with your guitar and voice! I love the studio songs and all the extra stuff too but there is just something so beautiful and amazing when its just you and your guitar.

Did anyone else think this was This Is Amazing Grace before he started singing? Haha! Anyway, love Phil so much! He is so talented! You can tell he really has a heart for God & His people & that is so rare these days. Blessings!

These stripped down acoustic only performances are just the BEST THING EVER!!! You get to really listen to the words. You hear how he built the song, just a man alone with his stringed instrumented intimately worshipping. His guitar skills are phenomenal too! literally his voice almost doesn't need any tune ups with auto tune because i listen to this and it almost sounds exactly like his official

What makes you think that this hasn't been autotuned as well as the official? But saying that, I've heard Phil sing live and he definitely does NOT need autotune :)

Wow, the intro to this song sounds remarkably similar to This Is Amazing Grace... I'm not complaining, because it's a powerful intro and people seem to really be energized by it. And obviously the rest of the song is very unique. Great stuff coming from Phil Wickham! I'm so glad his voice situation from a few years worked out! The vocal mic is an electro-voice RE-20. The guitar mic is a little harder to tell. Maybe an Avantone CV-12?

its e flat or Bb basically a half step down from regular tuning

May I share this with you, if you don't mind?
