Has anyone mentioned how weird it is the way you hold your utensil?

As someone who lives for part of the year in Roma, these pastas looked average at best

Congratulations for your contagious enthusiasm, but ... never eat traditional dishes in a place in the center of Rome, even more with the menu written in English: that pasta is either with eggs or, worse, it is overcooked! In both cases it is a mistake: the cacio e pepe is prepared with spaghetti, while the spaghetti with tomato sauce were all piled up, so they were cooked too long! And then, at 0:14 I saw a monstrosity: the pasta with raw egg on it, it's disgusting! But this is not a criticism of your channel, but of the places where you ate: your channel is cheerful and exudes love for my Rome, so I like it very much!

I agree perfectly with you, never eat in places in the centre, they are purely for tourists, and therefore also expensive

@@Bruno-jc9lxI found a lunch place in Garbatella called Amor Di Pasta. €5 (been a couple years so maybe more now) for fresh pasta and I cannot exaggerate how much I enjoyed it! As I looked at Google reviews later I noticed it was basically all Italians rating it 5 stars, so I'm quite sure I managed to find a real hidden gem! :)
