I didn't like how they treated Breon when he was handed the 2nd award, like the guy walked off the stage before taking a picture with him. I think being top 3 are huge mile stones and should be treated as such.

@@NeFjuS he is just a figurehead, he started the Arnold's with someone else, most of the Arnolds are franchises just paying to use his name, he has had his day, we are there to watch bodybuilding not some old guy who has gone crazy with the hair dye, he should enter the Masters if he wants the attention

This guy seems to be a gentleman. He actually appears to eat like a normal human being. He seems humble in his win. Very good ambassador.

Aesthetics > mass. Classic physiques are the most aesthetic. No comparison with the Open division. They look like Golden Era Old-School bodybuilders. I always tell young guys that one of the best things you can do as a lifter interested in aesthetics / performance / strength is to study Old-School bodybuilding. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science, and muscle adaptability. If you combine Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science, it's the best, safest, most effective way in achieving a strong, sexy, healthy, and aesthetic physique. "Vintage Physique" by George Kelly is a nice read on the topic.

Studying the golden era is indeed the best thing to do if you’re into lifting, aesthetics and strength. But practicing it yourself (enhanced) will always be a risk and a gamble. The roids can cause serious health issues and can totally wreck you. Depending on how your body will react to it, the negative effects will be either severe or very minor. Imo not worth it until you hit your maximum natural potential.

I think that's a joke. Until you reach an elite level, "following" one way or another will not change your progress. At Wesley's level, yeah you can compare divisions.

Im so proud of this guy....he never waivered even when he was being criticized and getting low placing . A true bodybuilding champion

11:18 front double bi with 1/4 turn easily your best pose. Upper body looks gigantic and taper is insane
