    I enjoy watching Efren very much. He is truly a magician and loves playing pool. Efren has a profound knowledge of the geometry necessary to win at playing pool. He’s not perfect though. But then no one is perfect playing pool. A difference I see is Efren knows how to turn what isn’t perfect into what can be a perfect win for him always wearing a perfect smile whether or not he or the his opponent wins. His character is what let’s Efren be who he is whether here there or anywhere!

Yes the opponent was great as well, but I doubt anyone wants to watch an extra 5 minutes to see an opponent run 3 easy racks. Second, he always addresses the other players skill and titles, so I mean I don't see how saying he made a "poor shot" when it was actually, is promoting any favoritism to Efren when in fact the whole reason people watch this channel is because of their favoritism towards efrens games. Calm down 🤣

    Great video. Thank you . I have been enjoying watching your videos. I have a question. I don't know if someone can answer. But I know the pockets are very tight that they play on. But I notice in a lot of the pro tournaments they hit a ball and it will hit the rail halfway down the rail and still go in the pocket. And the ball is usually travelling at a pretty good pace. If I hit a ball and it hits the rail halfway down it will never go in. Sometimes it doesn't go in even if it hits the rail very close to the pocket. So I just don't know how they can do that. Thank you for another great video.

  • @legendefrenreyes

    @legendefrenreyes

    I think maybe it depends on the type of table they are playing with. In a diamond table, it will be difficult for that to happen. The technique also matters, pro players know what speed to play it with so the ball may still go even if it hit the rail halfway down. That's why before a match, players are given time to warm up to get the feel of the table and read how the table reacts in certain shots. We appreciate your comment. Like this video and feel free to subscribe. Good day!

    Recall, the cue ball imparts opposite action on the object ball, thus, english is an important consideration. So, if you desire the object ball to "skip" off the rail - cheating the pocket - the cue ball imparts a gain in velocity which will make it bounce away less and maintain a tangent into the pocket. It's something that must be practiced to get consistent with including into your game. Just watching how Efren uses english is a marvel in itself. When you have been playing for over 50 years, just about everything is computed into his game. I've been playing for nearly 60 years, but have only accumulated about 10% of his time on a table.

    I can't figure out why people consider age as a Factor in this sport, it's more experience as far as I'm concerned.

    Imo age plays a big role. As you get into your 40's then 50's and 60's your sight, agility, composure, stability, hunger to win and energy all deteriates. This is seen across board in all sport and even business for that matter. Look at Hendry, arguably the best snooker player of all time over a 10 year period but lost his game with age. There are the few exception like the magician and the rocket who mature with age like fine wine....

    @@simonnortje9335 Sight changes yes, but I presume you've heard of glasses. . .Agility is not really a factor here. . .Composure in all things in life actually gets better with age and experience. . .Stability? A very individual thing that is not the same for everyone at all. . .Hunger to win is solely an individual thing based on personality. . .and lack of energy is also very much NOT the same for everyone. You have a lot to learn about life. Stop with your "stereotypes". Sure, a 60 year old isn't gonna play in the NBA. . .But 9-BALL? C'mon! And in Snooker, Hendry is a good example. He lost his hunger for the grind of the game, but the Rocket didn't. Like I said, most of it is VERY individual. Stereotyping people is stupid.

    @@BluesImprov I hear you. I'm 50 years old and still play both snooker and pool. I love billiards sports and I guess I'm a better player technicaly now than ever. But I know what I've lost along the way. Ronnie is an exception to the rule.
