The newly named Lycée Rainier III, formally the Lycèe Technique et Hôtelier de Monaco, hosted the Young Chef Young Waiter Monaco competition on the 5th October 2023.
Furthermore Albert II, Prince of Monaco attended the Monaco finals and crowned the winners of the competition. Congratulations to chef Jordan Callen, Waiter Daryl Danican and mixologist Luigi Giannini for going to the WorldYYY 2023 finals and representing Monaco.
