For 2023, the Young Chef Young Waiter Scotland competition took place at the iconic Gleneagles, Scotland for a one-day final on Thursday 12th October presented by Champagne PIAFF.
World Young Chef Young Waiter Scotland launched in 2023 to extend the competition around the globe.
Congratulations to Chef Iain Tennant and Waiter Anna Wither for winning YCYW Scotland 2023. Iain and Anna both went to compete at the World Finals that was held in Monaco on 23rd-24th November at the Lycee Rainier II and Awards Ceremony at Hotel de Paris in Casino Square.
