Can you do a video on the new Townhome section at Pine Hills

Low 300's; proceeds to list them at $400k and up. 🤦‍♂️ May as well ask to throw in an extra $300 for the HOA fees and ask to rent/live in the pool areas gazebo . Joking of course. Thanks for video Ryan 👍

I've read some reviews on DR Horton that are concerning. A warranty is nothing if they don't back it up by actually making the repairs. Have they improved their game? This does sound like an awesome community, as long as the HOA fees aren't over the top. Keep up the good work, Ryan.😊

Google any builder and you probably will find reviews that are concerning. I will say, DR Horton ALWAYS does the customer/buyer right. I have always had them come through. I think Covid was a hard time for all builders and most of them are bouncing back. DR Horton is an amazing builder. I do love their product lines especially Emerald. The HOAs in that neighborhood are less than $740/yr! That's amazing!

Thanks for your input, Ryan. It does get confusing when trying to decide which builder is best to go with. This will be my husband's and my last home so we want to make sure we do everything right.

Look, reviews can be concerning, there the largest builder in the country, if you do the math they should get more bad reviews, Every builder has a average of bad reviews part of it. It's what you want that matters.

With that much water and maitenance, only a matter of time before the yearly HOA is over $2000/year. Hard pass.

I'm sorry but your comment holds no merit and to be honest sounds more opinion based. I will say this. When they build these neighborhoods they think about the cost of HOA and what it would require to maintain a community and pool system. That's why the HOA is at the $740/yr price. Will it go up? Sure! But not anywhere near $2000/yr. That's just false information.
