I like the idea of a holiday themed claw, then you could also do a claw themed holiday past, then you could put what's left when you change the holiday claw out. Love your collections and your energy.

Holiday theme for each holiday, or even a season theme should be interesting to try. On the low income machines, maybe put in some pre-paid gift cards. If you get more business, they may use the gift cards in your card accepters trying to win more prizes. Suggestion: Get gift cards discounted to you from food venders or shops in the mall you are in. You don't have to lay out as much cash, and it brings business to those willing to partner with you.

I feel like maybe the gamer mini and the other machines are too close together and people gravitate to the end machine to not feel as crammed when playing I’d be curious to see them moved to see what difference it makes

So a suggestion - the Machine in question definitely could be a Holiday themed crane through Easter and after that May-August coukd go back to Starbucks and then back to a Holiday themed crane at the beginning of the Halloween season.
