I would say put candy in the machine. You could raise the price you are selling it for by the amount that the candy costs to fill it, so that when it is purchased, the person gets what is in it. Would make the purchase a bit of a gamble for someone as well, as they might make the profit of the candy sales, but your selling of the machine at the higher cost would mean you didn't lose any money on the candy in it, plus made the sale of the machine. In that way, you may make a bit extra each month from it till it sells, the person who buys it may make a little profit and have product in it to start their business with. Everyone would win in the situation. My favorite arcade machine is a baseball machine, where you pull a small bat back, the game releases a ball, and you hit it with the bat so that it flies into a hole that is either an out, base hit, double, etc.

Saturdays without a Quickplay video are sadness. I'm glad this isn't one of those days!

I would switch out the junk pusher from the arcade with this one. You would earn more and possibly sell the junk change one (with the customer's understanding that it takes all types of change)

Question for ya. How long are the candies good for once you fill them up in the machine? I ask because every business I have gone too I have seen these and when I try to get some. My mother always told me no because quote “the candies are old they never change it”.

just fill the candy inside the machine. as long as your still in the process of selling the machine at least show off its potential to future buyers.. plus and empty candy machine near your other machines may show off a vibe that you don't regularly service your machines (restock or move plushies around) just my 2 cents.
