there is no way people are leaving money like that in an atm after they close down.. The only way I can see this happening is if people got arrested at their business and abandoned, but the insurance companies for sure would clean that atm out before Demo..

More than likely these ATM machines were owned by the same person that own the building that he purchased so just like they said in the beginning it comes with everything on the inside of those walls it's his fault for not emptying the machines but you know they are not privately owned if it is a privately owned ATM they will come and remove them before the store closes or as the store is closing my friend used to work for an ATM company

Just fyi... all banks and atms owned and operated by banks....are federal offenses,but also federally insured....belongs to government which belongs to the citizens who pay taxes to government agencies who use the money to make more laws and give themselves raises,and their payroll. Not sure if we should be feeling bad or not at this point in time in America. We all need what they pay themselves and they shouldn't try to live on the wages we make. Tables really need to turn around and benefit the common people who are the backbone of America. Should take care of our own and stop fighting wars just to give them all our hard earned taxpayers money for protecting our military personnel, only in the end...ha

Here is something you may or may not know. All the boxes I seen you guys open were from the Validator. The validator samples the bills and if they are questionable they are rejecting into the very bins you opened. A lot of those bills could be counterfeit bills, spend those and you may have some issues.

What makes me question the authenticity of this video is the fact they never check the reject bin. If the machine can't read a bill because it is tattered or otherwise compromised it goes into the reject bin.

Exactly fake videos. I don't know any company that doesn't suck every dollar out of a place before they leave. Usually ATM machines are owned by 3rd parties that pay rent to house them in the location. Nobody is going to leave ATMS they payed for behind filled with more then 2-8 months of earnings behind.

The people that fill the machine are like any other cash handling position: ledger has to balance. If their count is off, they know to check the reject bin. I question the "abandoned" status of an ATM machine.

Companies like Loomis Armored will spend more money on gas to empty the ATM then what's in the machine. This is all scripted.

Always great finding money. My uncle bought a farm like 10 years ago and in the barn was and old Mercedes’ Benz with gull wing doors the car only had 7000 miles on it. Then he found a safe with over 30 grand in gold and cash and rare coins. Apparently the owner died and didn’t have any family so the property went to auction after it sat there abandoned for a few years. I would love to have luck like that

When the original owner of the farm sold a lot of his land to developers and a mall he instantly became a millionaire over night and he went out and bought the car off a collector that had put only 2 thousand miles on it. I know he rarely drove it. The barn was heated and air conditioned. It looked like a regular barn from the outside but the inside was nothing like a barn. There was a couple other cars and trucks parked on the other side of it but the Mercedes had its own room with racing memorabilia on the wall and rare old fashioned signs hanging up. It was like walking into the 1950’s with a coke cola soda bar in the next room over. I know my uncles buddy bought the house and I think 25 acres and my uncle got the bran and 50 acres for cheaper than the house and the barn ended up being worth 10 times more than the lot with the house. The appraiser couldn’t access the barn and saw an old beat up tractor outside and just figured there was old farm equipment in it lol 😂

That level of security is something you'd put on a pantry door to keep kids away from cheetos... and it wouldn't work on any kid older than 7

@Theresa I've never worked on atms, but as a normal person that actually watched the video, I know about reject bins because they are literally labeled in every atm he opened.

5 years ago my father and I where doing demo, I was taking out all the copper pipes, my dad said it’s waste of time, well we went into basement and I grabbed this bucket, it was full of all silver coins there was 2 buckets. I ended up with 10 grand. It was unreal. I just cashed it in. I lll bet the coin guy found some rare ones.

Most ATM machines are owned by small companies like myself. Hard to believe anyone, especially myself would leave that kind of money in the ATM and left the ATM's as they are not cheap. I am sure there's some circumstances the ATM owners were not able to retrieve the ATM machine. I had a business shut down on me without warning for two months, I called them almost everyday and had to hire a lawyer to find out if the bank took back the business or whatever. Come to find out the owner died, the family closed it without warning. I was glad to retrieve my ATM's and my cash or I would have lost at least 25k.

The ones I seen the Brinks guys open them with a key , So you would think it might have been easier to just break the lock mecanism , or drill it out ? But I agree ,its fun to watch and I even put the speed up on the video ,curiosity was driving me nuts.

This is a great idea, there are about a dozen or two abandoned ATM machines laying around where I live. I think I'll break into them and get fat stacks of cash, because that's how reality works.

OH my gosh that was crazy to find almost 7000 dollars in them my heart felt like I was having a heart a tack. Man I could use that maybe I should get into that kind of business because man that would be a dream come true for me!!!!!

We had a huge mall that closed 3 years ago and I bet it had 10 to 15 ATMs in it. The company that owned the mall went bankrupt and sold it as is. They eventually tore it down and built condos. But this definitely happens frequently in America. I went in months after it closed and only 2 or 3 of the bank owned ATMs were gone. The ones owned by the mall were still there

@@johnvalor2027 the operatives cannot go near an abandoned building to empty them, they are not abandoned if they still have cash in them, insurance reports pay on theft or interference. loss doesn't exist, its theft or negligence.

I realize that in this day and age some people believe all sorts of amazing lies that just aren't true ... but this is going way too far! NOBODY leaves cash in so-called "abandoned ATM's!"

Actually they do bc if they have to take them to landfills they get charged like $500-600 so they leave them abadoned most of the time

It happens, lol back in the day I worked for an excavator where I was able to score the change from the vending machines, pay phones and news boxes. Plus the boss would come back from selling the copper etc. and give us all a Benjamin.

Well! I would have thought that those in charge of the buildings would have arranged to get those ATMs emptied before they were closed up!
