  I would think these machines are monitored. If the phone line was cut to thede machines i would think the company that service them would be alerted. I assume they were disconnected some months ago.

  I guess they can share a cell together. It's a crime, that money is federal insured has to belong to a financial institution, who or what bank? Not sure but this to me is a crime regardless of what the story of abandoned property.
