I just saw the highlights, Aaron Wan Bissaka was at fault for 2 Coventry goals, he almost played their disallowed goal... wasn't he the one who lost the ball allowing Liverpool to score in the Premier League? We need to get some perspective here. Tuchel is a one season manager, almost got Chelsea relegated. Potter is a mid table manager... Southgate has always been a defensive minded manager.... what are they saying? He has no fit left back at the club.Luke Shaw and Malacia have been injured most of the season. The back four for the semi final consisted of 2 right backs, a midfielder who is struggling for match fitness and Harry Maguire who is playing with a groin strain.

Plus, Onana is new, you really need a settled back 4 when you've got a new keeper. Let's not forget his strikers... Martial is made of glass. Hojlund is new and young... Rashford is NOT a striker, the reason he scored 30 was because there was a pressing striker on loan at United, it gave him a lot of space. United are broken upfront and in the back (wing areas)... Not saying Erik is completely faultless, all I am saying is, one needs enough resources to be judged properly. But I do believe tactically, these areas could have been addressed...

Ten Hag needs to show respect to the fans and not treat us with contempt. Yes it’s great to have made it to the final but it’s the manner. I fear that if he can’t acknowledge the deficiency in his answers, conflict will grow with the fan base. Huge transformation change required. We need to stop spending big but really spend wisely. There’s a need for playing style identity and recruitment plan to match that brand identity. There’s been a need for a clear out for the last 7 years. Drip feed change won’t deliver the transformational change required. Until we can divorce from Maguire and others past their best there’ll be no change. The club really needs to come first.

Ten Haag has history, with teams he manages collapsing in games numerous times. That includes conceding 7 second half goals at Anfield. Semi final of the Champions League 2nd leg, cruising 2 v 0 up after 54 minutes against Spurs. Ten Haag's Ajax collapsed and lost 3 v 2. Group stages Champions League against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge Ajax were 4 v 1 up after 52 minutes and then collapsed, eventually hanging on to a 4 v 4 draw. The recent United collapses at Chelsea and at Brentford are just additional embarrassments for Eric Ten Haag. Conceding 3 late goals to championship Coventry at Wembley should not surprise anyone. If, as we all expect, Ten Haag will be fired at the end of the season, what will his present United players be thinking now? Best case scenario his "stars" will want to stay fit now and not miss out on a cup final appearance. No United player is going to "bust a gut" for ETH now, with a cup final on the horizon. Fans though want to win every game. It is therefore clearly best if Ineos fire Ten Haag Now. The U18 coach would not do a worse job than Ten Haag for the rest of this season.
