I grew up on Lebanese food I finally learned how to make baked I love it so much I have to have it at least every two weeks and my taboule is fantastic and you have to look for good flatbread and don't think it's doughy you need to cook it I love your videos more people need to try this it is wonderful

how many grams of kibbeh mixture go on the bottom of the tray?

It really depends on the tray size. Therefore the thickness of the Kibbeh should be 1 cm of each layer.

I'm not kidding guys I would do work at my neighbor's house and I would get paid with a rolled up flatbread and baked kibi was some tabboule and I was very happy
