I remember they played at our high school (Cavendish Road) in 1974 or 75 one lunch time... it was awesome!! and recently, I swear I could hear Carol's vocals belting out Matter of TIme somewhere close-by one night here in Gaythorne at a fete or festival....either that or a very loud sound system playing a record... ahhh took me back!

Cav Road back in 1974 produced some of the wildest girls in Bris, they were the good old days. Saturday Lunchtime in King George Square watching local bands like Wizzard.

I was always disappointed that I never got to see Railroad Gin live. My cousin who is about 10 years older reckons they rocked! Over the years, plenty of good bands got their start around the Brisbane music scene.

I remember seeing them perform in Warwick at the show or rodeo - one night of decent music can make adolescence bearable

I can remember before they were famous they played at Mt Gravatt High School dance and we hated them, but that was before their good songs came along

The Gin performed at the ekka one year I remember, great memories around time of finishing school , we all seem to have our strongest memories around this time of our lives. Also saw Moscos and Stone played at Camp Hill School dance held at Chadwick Hall Carina.

yeah I remember This band used to rehease above a shop in Sones Corner Brisbane. Amazing wht is found on utube, great work!
