I was born in Manhattan. I grew up in Manhattan and on Long Island. I lived in Manhattan for almost 40 years. There's no F&*@%ing way you can have a car chase in Midtown for 10 minutes, let alone 2 hours. There are police and police cars everywhere. There are cameras everywhere. There's always so much traffic, it can take you 30 minutes to go 8 blocks in a car. It's faster walking to get somewhere. There's too many pedestrians Midtown. You'd be knocking them over like whack-a-mole. And trust me, as a New Yorker, you'd piss off all of them and they'd all be dialing 911 to get your ass arrested in a New York minute! Where are all the social media postings from New Yorkers who "witnessed" this. New Yorkers whip out their phones faster than the paparazzi. These liars are basing their story of Manhattan car chases on too many unrealistic Hollywood movies. All New Yorkers are laughing at these fools.

@Tracey A it wasn't for the award, it was for his court case in UK to get their special security status reinstated! That way they don't have to ever pay for their security, you will - as long as they live in USA - nor will they ever have to face prosecution, for anything, anywhere. It's serious stuff, and well worth a few stunts on their part - next will be some sort of (failed) home invasion, or one of the invisible kids will suffer a near catastrophic kidnap.

Paula is so annoying and is a boot licker of Meghan and Harry. She does not even look at facts or the reality. There are so many other much more high profile celebrities who live in or visit New York and they also get hounded by paparazzi, but they don't make up fabricated lies claiming they were involved in a high-speed car chase for two hours in New York. The cab driver, the mayor, the NYPD and even the photo agency and the security company all spoke out and they all have negated Harry and Meghan's imagined version of events. The cab driver who drove them said there was no high speed chase and it was an exaggeration on Harry and Meghan's part. Also, it is near impossible to have a high-speed chase for two hours in Manhattan near Times Square. And if this did happen the NYPD would of been all over it and arrests would of been made and there would of been numerous injuries. Paul needs to use critical thinking and look at facts before making comments that make no sense.

I was in NY 3 weeks ago, the traffic in NY is so terrible, from JFK airport to Midtown Manhattan the taxi wasn't even moving. We stayed at Midtown Manhattan hotel so we can be close to all the tourist spots.All we did was walk and ride the subway. Because you will just spend your day on the street because of traffic.Paparazzi chase car in NY?????UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

They demand their privacy, and then do everything possible to be noticed, they are both deluded.

Yes, I wonder if she was just there to offer the opposing view so that Piers could make the point even more strongly. I do think this was just another "publicity stunt" aimed at the UK so that the London Police would provide security for H when he has to go there for his court appearance. Hmmmmm, appearing in court ... protecting privacy ... remarkable, given that H&M do everything possible to get a spotlight shining upon them! I´m sure she just got her to the wedding BECAUSE she is black and the father, who raised her and paid for expensive private schools and for every "I want that, daddy", is WHITE and therefor does not fit into her "race card". But if she is so proud of her blackness, why is she straiting out her hair? Shouldn´t she be proud of her negro hair, as part of black inheritance?
