This is the installation of our very first skylight! We instantly fell in love with it once we saw how much light it let into the van, and that we could literally stargaze at night from the comfort of bed. Ever since, we’ve put a skylight in each one of our vans and we intend to in all of our future builds. Parts of the install took place over the course of several weeks, so it might be a bit jumpy, but we hope you enjoy this video and find it useful in some way 😊

The skylight (aka, moonroof, sunroof) we used is from Dometic, and we haven’t been able to find it in Canada or even anywhere in North America since this build back in August. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s been discontinued over here, but if you’re in the UK/ Europe you should be able to source them fairly easily.
