I strongly agree. Perhaps the Senator should get additional time, but then getting one straight answer could take a month, and even then getting a true answer not guaranteed. How about they swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Any stonewalling gets them "a night in the box" for each non-answer.

The clock should stop when an answer is being given in order to stop this constant filibustering that goes on every time a question is asked.

Why wouldn't she answer with an absolute "yes"?
