I live near a Big Chemical plant, have worked inside the plant on numerous construction projects over 30 years. This DEI criteria is what they are now using to place administrative and operations personnel. Several incidents have happened in recent years. It is beyond insane everywhere.

There is a difference between qualified and competent. They only hire qualified people, competent is another matter. Clearly, nearly everyone that I've seen that Biden has appointed is incompetent. People that have a degree, but don't know how many weeks in a year is an example between qualified and competent. I've worked with them. A person had an economics degree from an ivy league college. My house insurance doubled. I had to replace my central unit, it cost $11,000. My city taxes went up 30%, as well as my county taxes from 2022 to 2023. My grocery bill has gone up at least 25%. Gasoline, electricity, everything has increased and ALL of the things I've listed are still increasing daily. Biden and his socialist Democrats have shattered the country, and do not care.

To my understanding when the HUD person mentioned pandemic , that the pandemic was apparently created to to make the cost of living higher from what Senator Kennedy was stating the numbers were overwhelming and what is interesting that this was at the end of President Trumps term there is something very suspicious about this electing president Trump is not going to drain the swamp . something bigger has to do it and that would have to be the people of this country in there own individual states this Hud person what is she laughing about she gets a check from the people who pay her salary i cant believe i feel like i am living in modern day Rome

I had a solar fee added on my electric bill and other fees all itemized by National Grid. I asked about this solar fee since I couldn’t have solar on my property. NGrid explained that it’s a fee charged by all households that do not have solar. “Oh ok so I see how this works, you’re fining people.” SMH 🤦‍♀️

I live alone in a tiny apartment and I basically live at work (60-70+hrs a week spent at work) and my electric bill is over $100-150/mo. Sorry but that makes zero sense, especially considering I used to spend more time at home back in 2018-2020 and my electric bill was actually UNDER $80-100/month.
