Someone said Social media is like a pre-game lodge for pornography, not only that its bad for your mental health when it you scroll other people and you think that they're doing better than you and allat. You get tremendous mental clarity not just from no fap but staying off social media in general. Best you can do is limit to at least once or twice a day and don't drift on there
I feel balancing one's time where he or she can make money, live his or her personal life, and follow social media at different parts of his or her day can fulfill one's days and not allow boredom to set in which in turn can lead to depression that can be very debilitating to one's mental health and emotional stability!!!

Absolutely, but social media can also alleviate boredom without actually solving it. That's why it should always be used with intention. If you enter with a mission, you ensure that you don't waste precious moments of your life that you'll never get back.

In my opinion I think boredom would actually be better for your mental health than social media. Our brains have been so overstimulated by social media and other vices that it feels uncomfortable to be bored, but really you're giving your brain time to rest.

@@LuisSoriao Yes by balancing your time during the day you allow your brain to rest and I should know because for over half to three quarters of the time in my days I allow my brain to rest!!!

Hey Jordan how do I stop being socially awkward around people, even when I try to be my authentic self I still find myself being awkward and I get people saying that to me like “you’re socially awkward” all the time. Any advice?

Honestly, being awkward isn't always a bad thing. In fact, some people (including some women) find it to be charming. If you can become confident in your awkwardness, you'll subconsciously put yourself around those kinds of people. And then, they'll get the chance to see the less awkward version of you because they genuinely deserve to.

Jordan I do use instagram but I dont follow anyone. Youre right, creation is better than consument. Sometimes I Watch Twitter for News but ig is bad. I think Twitter is good for News.

I feel you bro. Personally, I make a concerted effort to not follow the news because I've found it's predominately negative (negativity sells). That said, any social media can be good if you're using it to start/amplify a business.

KZread needs to make an option to disable news feeds since it's always popping up out of the blue. it's gotten out of hand with negative topics which made my mental health worse.

Good question when you meditate and you release. Is that consider a relapse, even though you was meditating? There was no PMO, it was just meditation. It’s like I woke up in a pool.

@@LuisSoriao that’s exactly what it felt like a wet dream. I don’t have brain fog though, and I was able to do 15 reps three sets of push-ups in under two minutes. I don’t know what the hell happened but something happened. I’m not gonna worry about it too much though because that’s where a lot of people relapse, they worry too much and they put it on a high pedestal. I just thought it was interesting.

This is definitely the first time I've heard of something like this happening, but I wouldn't think too much of it. Chances are you just need to redirect your thoughts toward less sexual things 👍🏾
