I gave up alcohol 7 months ago. Never looked back. Never felt better. - I gave up porn less than a month ago, it’s early, but I feel a difference in confidence and the way I look at women. It’s no wonder I was single for so long. My energy was total off and I believe the ladies somehow sense that. I’d been single too long and felt that was keeping me single. - Can’t wait for it to be 1 year clean from p**n. And for sure, within the next 12 months I’ll be in a relationship. -

I have a few online friends that are girls, which I been talking to for years, and thanks to them when I talk to a girl in real life, I'm not as uncomfortable.
