Thank you for All your Words....so True. I feel them for myself but even more for my Youngest Son Joe who is in Hospital for over 6 months now after a bad Breakdown....he's 30. Its to hard for us to talk or text with each other but i know we are still very close but at the same time we All have our own journey and being 'Alone' maybe thats not the correct word to use!! In our own Space somehow....I feel its Always been this way Always felt 'On my Todd' even though i was married and have 3 grown up Sons.... I'am 58 live in UK. I totally understand. I’m in a season. A void. My joy is there but not expressed in the worlds way of joy. So my interpretation of the worlds joy is not the same as my inner joy. I forget because I compare my inner life with the outer life. I needed to hear your words. To remind me to sit. With my Spirit. And know. Just coming through another unspoken attack from another “friend”. Didn’t see it coming. Reliance on the Most High and watching my dog, live, is my go too. OMG you are very on point. I had a similar experience where i was interested in someone, and i had a dream about that person. I didn't like the outcome of that dream and i had to sever contact with this person. I was crying this morning because i had felt so lonely and so unloved. I realized that being alone or feeling lonely is a form of protection, spiritual protection, because there are people that will try to take that light away from you. Even though it isn't the prettiest feeling, it is necessary because there are greater things out there that are meant for you and you alone. Scary as it is, but necessary but it is a lesson needed to learn.

Well i cant thank yiu enough. I was very low last night during my insomnia. Im nit sleeping hardky at all. And i found you. And the video "you arent crazy." Its like you were inside my head. Its exactky how im feeling. I def have stiry from this last year stsrting with a intense kundalini wkenung that then diminusged and went into a close f ruend dying, then my closest pet and into a year of isolation.
