Even when I took a decision to skip a year and learn for design entrance, for which even my parents had supported, many were like "you repeat for DESIGN ENTRANCE? It's something that people with less grades go right? No engineering no medicine means designing right?" and stuffs like that. I wanna prove them wrong and I believe I can! No one can stop you if you're passionate. No one. And no career is bad. Best of luck, dear friends!! ❤❤❤👍👍👍

Her thoughts are just like mine. Marks/ grades are just a number - they don't define you. I am 13, studying in class 8- I am the topper of my class, I always get above 90%, but guess what - the amount of physical and mental depression that I go through during exams is just awful. Actually I love reading new things and exploring new ( I am bookworm) but I hate giving exams. Schools were made to increase and explore our talents and knowledge. But Our schools just focus on completing the syllabus (and not teaching us new) and then taking exams at the end of each term - and then defining your future career based on what you score in exams. I love reading new books, stories and everything that is taught in school - but the pressure of finishing entire syllabus consisting of 11 subjects and a total of about 50 chapters within a limited period of time - turns the entire exploring process into a hectic and stressful process. Besides we have no time left for doing something other than studying all the time. No time left for exploring our talents and interests. I too am multi-talented, I love painting, yodelling, reading Detective and Science fiction books, KZread, making others laugh and much more. But I don't get any time to do these things because of the enormous pressure of completing syllabus. The whole essence of attaining knowledge and talent has lost in this process. And if students don't get good marks, then they are ridiculed in such a way that makes them feel that they are worthy for nothing and aren't capable of taking charge of their lives and because of this- so many suicides take place. Really, our Education system needs to be changed. It should be made in such a way - so that it values our talents and interests as much as they do about completing syllabus.

Actually no, what you said is true but one point you said that " our school were made to explore our talents and knowledge",is wrong, because this modern education system was bought up by the British and so it was to produce factory workers and in one way to take over India which was their main motive, so to brainwash Indians it was actually bought into existence, so it's working the way it has to! :)
