Chị An, thank you for holding on until now. I’d like to recommend you a poem called “Let it enfold you” by Charles Bukowski - when you talked about the heavy burden we all carry, it came to me that this poem is for you. Love you lots!

Thanks for still seeing you speak at this time. I've been following you since you were the fun girl, the girl who was passionately looking for a career, when you were unstable and to when you grew up to be a mother. You are always my motivation. I will always by your side.

Thank you. This puts into words something that I am not at a point in my life to communicate. At the end of 2021 my friend was on the verge of suicide. I did everything I could to help, and thank goodness it was enough. But it took a major toll on my own mental health. As I talked to the people that I was looking to for support, they only saw the toll it took on me. It made me feel like helping my suicidal friend was overstepping, unhealthy, risky and naive. I didn't get reassurance I was doing the right thing. I didn't get to hear a voice that understood why I helped. Everyone abandoned her, and even worse, it was everyone I thought was a good influence to listen to. It has caused me to question my self identity, values, and decision making. I struggle everyday with anxiety and depression, including today. This video is what I needed to hear back then and now. This is healing. Thank you for being strong enough to spread some word of hope when I know you have received hardship and push back.
