    This is one of the least scientific studies I have ever seen while trying to appear scientific. Too many variables. Not enough subjects. Not looking into the null hypothesis. Not looking into alternate hypothesis.

    In very hot places like India and Africa - they don’t carry water bottles around or follow apps. They sweat a lot. How do they all survive?

    Exactly. My friend keeps telling me she's noticed that I don't drink a lot of water, but then I tell her that I eat a whole food diet with foods RICH in water, so I'm perfectly hydrated. If I force myself to drink more water, I just end up needing to go to the bathroom like every single hour. :p

    Trouble is some people especially many elderly don't feel thirsty until they are severly dehydrated and some not even then

    Passendes Buch dazu, welches ich gerade lese "Du isst, wie du bist." von Ursula Stoll. Kann ich sehr empfehlen. Zu bestellen auf Amazon und Ebay. Da ich sehr auf meine Ernährung schaue und mich etwas an die bedarfsorientierte Ernährung gehalten habe, interessierten mich diese Bücher sehr. Sie sind beide einfach und verständlich geschrieben und auch die Tabellen sind im schnellen Alltag sehr unterstützend. Es wird auf einige sogenannten Ernährungskrankheiten eingegangen und mit dem Wissen der 5 Biologischen Naturgesetze erklärt und durchleuchtet. Im zweiten Buch sind viele Rezepte für spezielle Symptome, die ich sicher ausprobieren werde, obwohl ich mich sehr gesund fühle. Diese Bücher (du isst, wie du bist und Butter bei die Fischen) sind eine Bereicherung und für mich sogar eine Ergänzung, um die 5 biologische Naturgesetze noch besser zu verstehen.
